Construction of 15no new homes. 

Conversion of existing stone school building in to 6no. new homes.

The locally listed stone school building is to be retained and converted into 6 new homes, whilst the modern teaching blocks are removed. In addition, 15 new one, two and three-bedroom homes are proposed, each with private gardens and associated parking. 

Retention of woodland and proposed extensive soft landscaping will help to enhance the setting of both the existing locally listed former school building and the proposed new dwellings.
