About the Community Involvement

THE SNOOKER CLUB, 2 BELGRAVE ROAD, MUTLEY, PLYMOUTH PL4 7DP
ABOUT THE COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

The Community Involvement is being undertaken early on in the development of the project and the planning process. The developer is committed to maintaining community liaison throughout the life of the planning process and during the building project, if the scheme is given planning permission.

Details of the community involvement event have been shared with the local community through:

  • Upward of 300 house to house deliveries in the immediate area, including HMOs
  • Email invitations to Drake Ward Councillors,  local organisations and community groups in consultation with Councillors
  • Local Posters

The aim of the community involvement event and the website is to share the feedback with the professional team to understand the issues for local residents and businesses and to develop and inform the design. The timescale for the application is not set in stone; however feedback is requested by Friday 12th November.  The community involvement will continue to share updated plans and keep local residents and businesses up to date on the application progress.
