Building Management

The building will be fully managed by Urban Start who will take responsibility for the building at all times. The common areas of the building will be inspected on a daily basis and Urban Start will provide planned and reactive maintenance as required. The communal areas will be cleaned at least weekly.

There will be on-site staff present in the management suite located in the entrance corridor, in full view as soon as you enter the development through the main entrance. Further security is ensured by the use of a restricted access keycard entry system, backed up by remotely monitored CCTV system covering all communal areas, entrances and exits.

Residents will be able to request an emergency call-out 24 hours a day, 365 days a years through Urban Start’s out of hours cover service. The call-out telephone numbers will be in plain view both inside and outside of the building so that an appropriate response can be made to external requests from members of the public or residents who are unable to gain access to the building.
