Each self contained unit will have its own standard size refuse bin and the appropriate recycling bins. It is the responsibility of the tenants to separate the waste properly and to empty the bins into the appropriate communal bins, located in the bin store at the rear entrance to the building. The recycling and refuse bins will be clearly labelled and instructions on their use will be provided in appropriate languages.

The refuse and recycling will be collected from the rear of the building by arrangement with the local authority or a private contractor.
