The Purpose of an Outline Planning Application
The purpose of this Application is to establish whether the flavour of the design, scale and nature of the proposed development is acceptable to Sedgemoor Council, the local planning authority.
Because this will be an Outline Application, there are less details about the proposals than you might usually expect to see. Be assured this detail will follow later if outline permission is granted. Work would then begin on a fully detailed proposal (reserved matters) and further consultation with stakeholders will take place at the appropriate time.
