Following the community drop in event on Thursday 1st October, the feedback and comment received through this web site has been fed through to the planning team, resulting in a number of changes to the original scheme design for the ten new low embodied energy houses.

This revised information is now live on the web site and below is a link to the page in question where design materials are avalable in both jpeg and PDF format and as a table in PDF format.

What's happening

If you missed the community engagement event here is a brief synopsis: Bristol developer, The PG Group Ltd has bought the Empire Club and car park land from the previous owner. The company specialises in restoration and new development in Bristol; developments they have been responsible for include Champion Court, Saints Court and The Eye.

The company is looking at an application for planning permission to build 10 new Low Embodied Energy houses using Modcell technology and circa 25  one and two bedroom apartments. As part of the planning process The P G Group is currently liaising with local residents and interested parties. This web site shares the proposed plans, drawings and full information about the application, it is being updated as the application progresses.
