Empire Club and Land

Due to the sites orientation and as illustrated in the diagrams below, in the summer the proposed row of terrace housing will not overshadow the existing houses on Thomas Street. The development re-instates the original line of housing in this area, shielding the existing residents of Thomas Street from the busy M32, providing a reduction in noise levels.
