Transport
Transport and access has been well considered for this scheme. Each family house will be provided with an off street parking space including potential electric charging points.
In discussion with Bristol City Council we are intending to relocate the on street parking bays to the other side of the street adjacent to the cycling land and discuss how traffic calming measures can be introduced. The scheme will encourage residents to benefit from the local public transport infrastructure and walk and cycle to local amenities.
The location of the apartments will encourage use of trains, buses and bikes.
