The following elements have been considered for the Landscaping of the development. This was seen as an important element of the overall development during the first engagement event.
Natural Arrival Natural planting, with increased canopy cover and ground-level planting to provide a natural entrance to the site.
Dynamic Arrival A dynamic multi use informal recreational space, allowing access and movement for walking, cycling and vehicle.
Communal Space A communal garden space with tree and ground level planting, creating an immersive environment, for play, rest and socialising.
Residential Space A shared residential space providing a linear garden with opportunities to grow food, rest and play immersed in nature.
Natural Edge A naturalistic buffer edge to the site boundary, providing a natural woodland screen to the railway and neighbouring development.
