As mentioned in the introduction, there are two options for the design and layout of the site: Option 1 and Option 2.

• Each option has two separate buildings, Building A and Building B.
• On both schemes Building A is designed as a Courtyard Building and open at one end.
• On both schemes Building B is a Block and addresses the view from Malago Road.
• Both designs meet the site constraints and make the most of the design opportunities presented.

This is demonstrated in the diagrams shown below along with the constraints plan, Massing studies and views of the models.

The models are also shown separately as Option 1 and Option 2 on consecutive web pages.
